Ingredients:
- Beef 1 kg
- Carrot 2
- Potato 2
- Peas 1 cup
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- Bay leaves 2
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Parsley 2 tbsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and cook beef nicely.
- Now add 6 glass water and cook on low flame.
- When 3 glass water remains, put peas, potato, carrot, salt, bay leaves and ginger and cook for 30 minutes.
- Then add dissolved flour.
- When it is thick, close stove and put parsley.
Beef Stew is tasty gravy dish. It is prepared with beef & vegetables & served in gravy. It can be served with rice or roti.
