Ingredients:
- Rice 2 cups
- Egg noodles 1 packet
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
- Capsicum 2
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Garlic cloves 6
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put turmeric in noodles and boil it.
- Heat 1/4 cup oil and put small small pieces of chicken.
- Now put cumin, turmeric, black pepper, salt, chili sauce, tomato ketchup and worcestershire sauce.
- Also add capsicum and close stove.
- Then put rice first in dish.
- Put noodles, then cream and mayonnaise.
- Then put cooked chicken.
- Now heat remaining oil and put long chopped garlic.
- Also put long chopped green chilies and give bhagar on rice.
- Singaporean rice is ready.
