Ingredients:
For Dough:
- Flour 2 cup
- Dry milk powder 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Dry yeast 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Warm water 3/4 cup
For Filling:
- Chicken cubes 300 gm
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Tara garam masala 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 pinch
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Onion chopped 1/4 cup
- Capsicum chopped 1/4 cup
- Oil as required
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds 2 tsp
Method:
- Preheat oven on 210 degrees C.
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, vinegar, red chili powder, salt, tara garam masala and turmeric for 30 minutes.
- For dough: Put flour, milk powder, salt, sugar, yeast and oil in bowl, knead with warm water, cover it and keep it aside for rise.
- Then heat oil in pan, cook chicken, remove from stove and add onion and capsicum.
- Now divide dough, make small balls and fill with chicken filling.
- Then grease baking tray, keep for few minutes, top with onion seeds and sesame seeds.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes and serve it.
Tikka Bite Bread is tasty dish. It is prepared with dough and stuffed with chicken & vegetables.
