Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Dry milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Dry yeast 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Warm water 3/4 cup

For Filling:

  • Chicken cubes 300 gm
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tara garam masala 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 pinch
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1/4 cup
  • Capsicum chopped 1/4 cup
  • Oil as required
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Preheat oven on 210 degrees C.
  2. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, vinegar, red chili powder, salt, tara garam masala and turmeric for 30 minutes.
  3. For dough: Put flour, milk powder, salt, sugar, yeast and oil in bowl, knead with warm water, cover it and keep it aside for rise.
  4. Then heat oil in pan, cook chicken, remove from stove and add onion and capsicum.
  5. Now divide dough, make small balls and fill with chicken filling.
  6. Then grease baking tray, keep for few minutes, top with onion seeds and sesame seeds.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes and serve it.

Tikka Bite Bread is tasty dish. It is prepared with dough and stuffed with chicken & vegetables.
