Ingredients:
- Gram flour 2 tbsp
- Mince 250 gm
- Coriander leaves as required
- Finely chopped green chilies 2-3
- Mint leaves as required
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Finely chopped tomato 1 medium
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Beaten egg 1
- Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp
- Pomegranate seeds 1/2 tsp
- Oil for fry
Method:
- Add all ingredients except oil in mince and make kabab.
- Then heat oil in pan, fry it and serve hot.
Muthiya Kabab is other variety of kabab. It is prepared with mince and in shape of fist.
