Punjabi Beef Karahi by Shumaila

Ingredients:
- Beef 1/2 kg
- Chopped green chilies 4-5
- Chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Chopped tomatoes 4
- Lemon 2
- Salt 2 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Cooking oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Add beef, red chili powder, salt, all spice powder, yogurt, ginger garlic paste and ginger slices in pot, cook until water dries and add tomatoes, black pepper and cumin.
- Then add oil, cook until oil separates, sprinkle lemon juice, garnish with green chilies, coriander leaves and ginger and serve hot.
Punjabi Beef Karahi is spicy & mouth-washing dish. The flavor of green chilies is delicious and it is served with hot naan & raita.
