Ingredients:
For Koftay:
- Chicken 500 gm
- Bread slice 1
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Onion 1
- Flour as required
- Eggs as required
- Bread crumbs as required
For Sauce:
- Spinach 1 can
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Green chilies 2 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Cream 1 packet
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- For koftay: Chop chicken, bread slice, cream, salt, black pepper and onion, make balls, dip in eggs and flour, coat with bread crumbs and fry it.
- Then sauce onion and garlic and add green chilies and spinach.
- Now cook for 5 minutes, add cream and mayonnaise, put koftay and serve hot with pasta.
