Ingredients:

  • Flour 2-1/2 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Soda 1 tsp
  • Milk 1/2 tbsp
  • Sour cream 1 tbsp
  • Salt 2 pinch
  • Red color as required
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Butter 200 gm
  • Eggs as required

For Frosting:

  • Cheese 1 tbsp
  • Cream 500 gm
  • Icing sugar 6 tbsp

Method:

  1. Beat butter and sugar nicely, add milk, cream, red color and one by one eggs, put flour, put in baking tray and bake it.
  2. Then mix cheese and icing sugar nicely, add cream, spread on cake and serve it.

Red Velvet Cake is multi-layer cake. It's origin is US. The color of cake is red due to red color ingredient. It is prepared with few ingredients.
