Ingredients:
- Flour 1-1/2 cup
- Eggs 2
- Baking soda 2 tsp
- Oil 1/3 cup
- Carrots 1-1/2 cup
- Walnuts chopped 1/4 cup
- Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
- Sugar as required
Method:
- Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
- Mix all ingredients and baking powder except carrots and walnuts nicely.
- Then fill carrots and walnuts in it, put in muffin tray, bake for 15-20 minutes and serve it.
Carrot & Walnut Cupcakes is other variety of cupcakes. It is delicious cupcakes. It can be served as dessert or snacks.
