Ingredients:

  • Beef 1 kg
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Rosemary 2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Carrots sliced 2
  • Potatoes 4-5
  • Butter 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Preheat oven on 220 degrees C.
  2. Marinate beef with salt, mustard paste, black pepper, oil and rosemary.
  3. Then heat oil in pot, fry beef nicely on both sides, put beef with garlic, onion, carrots and potatoes in roasting dish, add oil and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. When beef is cooked, take out in serving dish, add lemon juice and butter, put sauce and serve hot.
