Carrot Chicken Soup by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boiled carrots 3-4
  • Boiled chicken 200 gm
  • Chicken cube 2
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put carrots in grinder, make paste and keep it aside.
  2. Now heat oil in wok and fry onion for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then add garlic paste and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now add carrot paste, add 1 cup water and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. When soup boils, add finely chopped chicken.
  6. Then put salt, black pepper, cinnamon powder and chicken cube.
  7. Then put 1 cup water and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Then take out from dish, garnish with cream and serve.

Carrot Chicken Soup is yummy & delicious soup. It is usually served in winter. You must try this recipe.
