Ingredients:

  • Crystal noodles or Moong bean noodles 1 packet
  • Prawns 200 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salad leaves 4-5
  • Onion 1
  • Green onion 1 bunch
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • Whole Thai red chili 3-4
  • Tomato 2
  • Fish sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Soak noodles in water for 1 hour.
  2. Then boil water in pot.
  3. Then cook noodles in water for 3 minutes, take it out and put in cold water.
  4. When noodles cools, strain it and keep it aside.
  5. Put water in pot, boil prawns with garlic paste for 4-5 minutes, take it out and keep it aside.
  6. Now cut onion, green onion, tomato and Thai red chili into slices and put in mixing bowl.
  7. Then add chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Now put fish sauce, lemon juice and Chinese salt and mix it.
  9. Now put boiled noodles and prawns and mix it.
  10. Now add salad leaves and dish out it.
  11. Glass noodles salad is ready.

Glass Noodles Salad is delicious salad. The flavor of Thai red chili is spicy. It can be prepared with any meat.
