Glass Noodles Salad by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Crystal noodles or Moong bean noodles 1 packet
- Prawns 200 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salad leaves 4-5
- Onion 1
- Green onion 1 bunch
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
- Whole Thai red chili 3-4
- Tomato 2
- Fish sauce 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Method:
- Soak noodles in water for 1 hour.
- Then boil water in pot.
- Then cook noodles in water for 3 minutes, take it out and put in cold water.
- When noodles cools, strain it and keep it aside.
- Put water in pot, boil prawns with garlic paste for 4-5 minutes, take it out and keep it aside.
- Now cut onion, green onion, tomato and Thai red chili into slices and put in mixing bowl.
- Then add chopped coriander leaves.
- Now put fish sauce, lemon juice and Chinese salt and mix it.
- Now put boiled noodles and prawns and mix it.
- Now add salad leaves and dish out it.
- Glass noodles salad is ready.
Glass Noodles Salad is delicious salad. The flavor of Thai red chili is spicy. It can be prepared with any meat.
