Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Semolina 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Ghee for stuffing and frying

Method:

  1. Mix flour, salt and sugar and knead with water.
  2. Now cover it for 30 minutes and keep in fridge.
  3. Then take it out, make 6 balls and spread ghee on it.
  4. Then sprinkle semolina on each balls, make cones and make balls again.
  5. Now make parathay and shallow fry in ghee.

Rawa Maida Paratha is crispy dish. It is prepared with semolina stuffed in flour. It is usually eaten in breakfast and can be eaten with BBQ dishes.
