Shalgam Palak Gosht by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Turnip 1/2 kg
- Spinach 1 kg
- Meat (Beef) 1/2 kg
- Black peppercorns 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Tomatoes paste 250 gm
- Onions paste 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Red chilies powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Green chilies, Coriander leaves as required
Method:
- Boil spinach and turnip in pan.
- Now put meat, 4 glass hot water, coriander powder, onion paste, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin and black peppercorns in pot and cook for 1 hour.
- When meat tender, put ghee, turnip and spinach and roast it nicely.
- Then add 1 glass water and cook on low flame.
- Then put sugar, garam masala powder, green chilies and coriander leaves and close stove.
