Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Buns 4
- Eggs 2
- Chopped onion 1
- Crushed garlic 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- Crushed white pepper 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Demigrass sauce 1/2 cup
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Tomato, Salad leaves for decoration
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and saute onion.
- Then put beef mince with fat in mixing bowl, add fried onion, black pepper, white pepper, salt, corn flour and eggs, mix it nicely and make kabab tikkiyan.
- Heat oil in pan and fry kabab from both sides on low flame.
- Cut buns into 2 pieces.
- Noe keep tomato slice.
- Keep salad leaves, keep hot kabab and tomato.
- Then put demigrass sauce, keep second piece of bun and serve it.
