Ingredients:
- Maida 1/2 kg
- Flour 1 cup
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Lukewarm water to knead
- Ghee or Oil (for fry) as required
Method:
- Knead maida, flour, oil and salt with lukewarm water in bowl and leave for 30 minutes.
- Then roll like roti and fry on tawa in oil or ghee.
- Puri paratha is ready.
Puri Paratha is crispy dish. It is served with BBQ dishes.
