Gutawa Keema by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- All spice 1 tsp
- Raw papaya 2 tbsp
- Onion paste 1
- Chopped onion 1
- Bread slices 2
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Nutmeg ground 1/4 tsp
- Mace 1/4 tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Roasted gram flour 2 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate mince with all spice, raw papaya, onion paste, bread slices, ginger garlic, yogurt, salt, coriander, cumin, nutmeg, mace, gram flour and red pepper for 2-3 hours.
- Now heat 1/2 cup ghee in pan and fry chopped onion until light golden.
- Then add marinated mince, cover it and cook for 20 minutes.
- Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve with sheermal.
Gutawa Keema is tasty dish. It is other variety of mince dish. Shireen Anwer has made it with her own technique.
