Ingredients:
- Butter 4 oz
- Caster sugar 4 oz
- Sugar 4 oz
- Dry milk 4 tsp
- Milk 2 tsp
- Flour 4 oz
- Semolina 4 oz
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
- Milk 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
Method:
- Beat butter with caster sugar and sugar for 4-5 minutes.
- Now put 2 tsp milk.
- Then add dry milk, strained flour, baking powder, semolina and baking soda, make dough and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Then sprinkle flour on dough and roll it.
- Cut with round cutter, keep on un-greased tray and brush with egg & 1 tsp milk mixture.
- Then sprinkle poppy seeds and fennel seeds and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Tabarak Ki Roti is new variety of roti. It is prepared with flour & semolina and baked in oven.
