Ingredients:
- Semolina 250 gm
- Almond paste 1 cup
- Khoya 250 gm
- Milk 2 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Almond essence 1 tsp
- Ghee 1 cup
- Almonds for garnish
Method:
- Make paste of almonds.
- Now heat ghee in pan, put semolina and roast it.
- Then add milk, sugar and almond paste and roast it.
- Then add khoya and almond essence, mix it and cook until halwa leaves ghee.
- Then take out halwa in dish, garnish with almonds and serve.
Badam Ka Halwa is delicious & delightful dish. This flavor of almonds is rich. Must try this at home to surprise family & guests.
