Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Papaya paste 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Coal 1
- Thread as required
Method:
- Marinate mutton with ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, yogurt, turmeric, red chili, all spice powder, black pepper, salt and oil for 3-4 hours.
- Now skew it on skewers or bbq sticks and tie with thread nicely.
- Then steam it & fry it or bake in oven & give smoke of coal or bbq it.
- Then serve with salad leaves, tomato and onion.
Dhaga Kabab is tasty BBQ dish. It is easy & simple recipe to make at home instead of eating from outside.
