Ingredients:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 3
  • Tomato 4-5
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Black cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 2 tbsp
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Bay leaves 4-5
  • Small cardamom 4-5
  • Cinnamon 2
  • Cloves 4-5
  • Tamarind paste 1 cup
  • Red color 1 pinch
  • Green color 1 pinch
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For rice: Wash rice and soak it.
  2. Boil with bay leaves, black cumin and salt, strain it and keep it aside.
  3. Rice is ready.
  4. For biryani: Heat ghee in pan, fry onion until brown, take it out and keep it aside.
  5. Now put cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, black pepper and mustard seeds in this ghee and crackle it.
  6. Then add ginger garlic paste and mince and roast it nicely until mince and ghee separates.
  7. Now put water as required and tender it.
  8. When mince tender, add tomato and green chilies and cook until mince dries.
  9. Now put some ghee on pot base.
  10. Put rice.
  11. Now put 1/2 cup tamarind paste and half brown onion.
  12. Then spread mince and put remaining rice.
  13. Then put 1/2 cup tamarind paste, brown onion and coriander leaves.
  14. Dissolve green color and red color in water separate, put on rice and simmer it.
  15. Then take out in dish and serve.
