Cholai Ka Saag by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Cholai ka saag 1/2 kg
- Potato cubes 250 gm
- Tamarind pulp 1 tbsp
- Red chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
- Whole red chili 4
- Onion slice 2
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion slice until soft.
- Now put red chili and cumin and fry it slightly.
- Then add cholai ka saag, salt, garlic paste, red chili garlic sauce and potato, cover it and cook until it tender.
- Then put tamarind pulp and cook until comes up.
Cholai Ka Saag is delicious. Then flavor of cholai is amazing. It is served with roti.
