Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 250 gm
  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Tabasco sauce 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 3
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with vinegar, tabasco sauce, white pepper, soya sauce and green chilies.
  2. Now stir fry chicken in oil and keep it aside.
  3. Then boil potatoes, mash it, put salt, black pepper and red chili and mix it nicely.
  4. Now spread potato mixture, keep chicken and make cutlets.
  5. Then coat with eggs and bread crumbs and deep fry it.

Chicken Chili Cutlets is spicy cutlets. It is new variety of cutlets. It is commonly eaten in Pakistan. It is usually served in Iftar in Ramadan in Pakistan.
