Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Soaked chana daal 250 gm
  • Tomato slice 3
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Mint leaves 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Fried onion 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 4

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put onion, mutton, tomato slice, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, cumin, red chili powder and salt and fry it.
  2. Then add 1 cup water, cover it and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Now put chana daal and cook until daal and meat tender.
  4. Then add all spice, green chilies and mint leaves and serve.

Chanay Ki Daal Gosht is amazing dish. Then combination of meat & chana daal is good.
