Chanay Ki Daal Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Soaked chana daal 250 gm
- Tomato slice 3
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Mint leaves 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Fried onion 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 4
Method:
- Heat oil, put onion, mutton, tomato slice, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, cumin, red chili powder and salt and fry it.
- Then add 1 cup water, cover it and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Now put chana daal and cook until daal and meat tender.
- Then add all spice, green chilies and mint leaves and serve.
Chanay Ki Daal Gosht is amazing dish. Then combination of meat & chana daal is good.
