Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Brown onion 4 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
- Almonds 10
- Poppy seeds 1 tsp
- Saffron 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- All spice 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves 10-12
- Whole green chilies 4
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon 1
- Green cardamom 4
Method:
- Put coconut, coriander powder, red chili powder, all spice, turmeric, almonds, poppy seeds and ginger garlic in yogurt and mix it.
- Heat oil and put cinnamon and green cardamom.
- Also add mutton and fry it nicely.
- Then put yogurt with all masalay and fry it nicely.
- Then add 2 cup water, cover it and cook until meat tender.
- Then add brown onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves and saffron.
- When oil comes up, take it out.
Mutton Korma is delicious gravy dish. It is commonly eaten in Pakistan. It can also be prepared with chicken & beef. It is served with salad & naan.
