Walnut Barfi by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Walnuts 1 cup
- Khoya 1/2 kg
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Ghee for greasing
Method:
- Saute khoya in non stick pan for few minutes.
- Add sugar and continue to saute.
- Add walnut paste and green cardamom powder and saute for 2 minutes.
- Spread walnut mixture evenly on greased tray and cool down to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
- Cut into desired shapes and serve.
Walnut Barfi is delicious sweet dish. It is new variety of barfi. Must try this at home and it is easy to prepare.
