Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 250 gm
  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Almond paste 1 tbsp
  • Kabab cheeni 1/2 tsp
  • Kachri powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Mix beef mince and chicken mince and chop 2 times.
  2. Now add remaining ingredients except oil, mix it and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Then make kabab and shallow fry it.
  4. Then give smoke of coal or bake in oven or BBQ it

Chandan Kabab in new variety of kabab. It is prepared with beef & chicken mince. Try this recipe at home.
