Ingredients:
- Beef mince 250 gm
- Chicken mince 250 gm
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Almond paste 1 tbsp
- Kabab cheeni 1/2 tsp
- Kachri powder 1 tsp
- Fresh bread crumbs 1/2 cup
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Oil for fry
Method:
- Mix beef mince and chicken mince and chop 2 times.
- Now add remaining ingredients except oil, mix it and leave for 30 minutes.
- Then make kabab and shallow fry it.
- Then give smoke of coal or bake in oven or BBQ it
