Ingredients:
- Goat trotters 750 gm
- Onion 1 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Tomatoes 2-3
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon 2
- Whole black pepper 8-10
- Whole cumin 1 tsp
- Cloves 3-4
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 2 tsp
- Tara garam masala 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pressure cooker, add ginger garlic paste, put black pepper, cumin and trotters and fry for few minutes.
- Then add onion, tomatoes, salt, red chili powder and turmeric, cook until onion and tomatoes are soft, add 4-6 glass water, cover it for 45 minutes to 1 hour and cook it.
- Now open pressure cooker, sprinkle tara garam masala, stir it, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Paya Curry is tasty dish. It is prepared with mutton trotters & cooked in pressure cooker. It is commonly eaten in breakfast or in night with hot naan in Pakistan.
