Ingredients:
- Rice 1-1/2 cup
- Moong daal 1/2 cup
- Onion 1
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Whole cumin 1 tsp
- Whole black pepper 8-10
- Cinnamon 1
- Cloves 4
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chicken stock or Water 4 cups
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Tara garam masala 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry onion golden brown.
- Add water or stock and boil it.
- Then add rice, daal and salt, cook until water dries, add butter, ginger and tara garam masala, cover it and simmer it.
- Then take out in platter and serve hot.
Sticky Moong Daal Rice is tasty rice. It is little new recipe.
