Chinese Pulao by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Sela rice 1/2 kg
  • Chicken 300 gm
  • Chopped garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Carrot slice 1
  • Capsicum slice 1
  • Cabbage half
  • Green onion 1-2
  • Chicken cube 1
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
  • Ghee or Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash rice, clean it and soak for 1-2 hours.
  2. Heat ghee in pan, put garlic and chicken and roast it nicely.
  3. Now add soya sauce, carrot, capsicum and cabbage.
  4. Then add chicken cube, water and rice and cook it.
  5. When rice is ready, add green onion, mix it, take out in dish and serve.

Chinese Pulao is easy & simple dish. It is delicious recipe. It is prepared with chicken & vegetables.
