Chinese Pulao by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Sela rice 1/2 kg
- Chicken 300 gm
- Chopped garlic 4-5 cloves
- Carrot slice 1
- Capsicum slice 1
- Cabbage half
- Green onion 1-2
- Chicken cube 1
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
- Ghee or Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash rice, clean it and soak for 1-2 hours.
- Heat ghee in pan, put garlic and chicken and roast it nicely.
- Now add soya sauce, carrot, capsicum and cabbage.
- Then add chicken cube, water and rice and cook it.
- When rice is ready, add green onion, mix it, take out in dish and serve.
Chinese Pulao is easy & simple dish. It is delicious recipe. It is prepared with chicken & vegetables.
