Ingredients:
- Spinach 1/2 kg
- Bread slices 2
- Chicken stock 2 cups
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Fresh cream as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash spinach nicely, boil it in 1 cup water, remove it after 10 minutes and cool it.
- Now grind in blender.
- Cook spinach again with stock for 5 minutes in pot.
- When it boils, put salt.
- Then take out in bowl and put fried small pieces of bread slices.
- Then put cream and black pepper.
- Keep butter and bun with it.
Spinach Soup is healthy & yummy soup. It is prepared with few ingredients. It is served with buns.
