Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry 250 gm

For Chicken Filling:

  • Cooked chicken 2 cups
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  • Grated cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 oz
  • Crushed coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Roll puff pastry in 9 inch round and cut into stripes.
  2. Now mark with egg wash fork on pastry.
  3. Then keep stripes in round shape.
  4. Now bake on 200 degrees C.
  5. Then cool it, spread cheddar cheese and filling and bake more for 15 minutes.
  6. For chicken filling: Heat butter in pan.
  7. Now put garlic and onion and fry for 2 minutes.
  8. Then put cooked chicken, maida, milk, sweet corn, chili garlic sauce, salt, black pepper and oregano and cook it.
  9. Then put coriander leaves and cheddar cheese.

Chicken Cheese Tart is savory baked tart. It is prepared with puff pastry & stuffed with filling. You should try this different dish.
