Ingredients:
- Maida 2-3/4 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Yeast 2 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Mixed herbs 2 tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander 2 tbsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Lukewarm water as required
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
- Chopped sun dried tomatoes 2 tbsp
- Olive oil for brushing
- Olives for topping
Method:
- Put maida, salt, sugar, garlic powder, oregano, mixed herbs, black pepper and yeast in big bowl.
- Now put oil and lukewarm water and knead soft dough.
- Then take out in cleaned flour surface, knead it and smooth it.
- Now put in greased bowl and coat with oil.
- Then cover with wet cloth and leave for rise for 30 minutes.
- Now preheat oven on 200 degrees C.
- Then press dough with hands, put on greased rectangular baking sheet and crush with olive oil.
- Now put both cheese, garlic and sun dried tomatoes and bake for 20 minutes till golden brown.
- Then serve with any dip.
