Ingredients:

  • Maida 2-3/4 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Yeast 2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs 2 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 2 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Lukewarm water as required
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Chopped sun dried tomatoes 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Olives for topping

Method:

  1. Put maida, salt, sugar, garlic powder, oregano, mixed herbs, black pepper and yeast in big bowl.
  2. Now put oil and lukewarm water and knead soft dough.
  3. Then take out in cleaned flour surface, knead it and smooth it.
  4. Now put in greased bowl and coat with oil.
  5. Then cover with wet cloth and leave for rise for 30 minutes.
  6. Now preheat oven on 200 degrees C.
  7. Then press dough with hands, put on greased rectangular baking sheet and crush with olive oil.
  8. Now put both cheese, garlic and sun dried tomatoes and bake for 20 minutes till golden brown.
  9. Then serve with any dip.

Sun Dried Tomatoes Bread is amazing dish. The flavor of sun dried tomatoes & cheese is delicious. It is served as starter with dip.
