Ingredients:
- Boiled mince 1/2 kg
- Mash daal 250 gm
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Tomato 2
- Garlic cloves 6
- Curry leaves 6
- Green chilies 10
- Butter 50 gm
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Wash mash daal and soak it.
- Now put 2 glass water, green chilies, turmeric, salt, tomatoes, fennel seeds, ginger, red chilies and garlic, cover it and cook it.
- When daal tender, high flame and dry water.
- Now put mince and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then add coriander leaves and mint leaves.
- Then heat butter and oil in other pan.
- Now put curry leaves and cumin and give tarka to daal.
