Ingredients:
- Makai flour 2 cups
- Plain flour 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ghee or Butter as required
Method:
- Mix makai flour, plain flour and salt, knead with lukewarm water and keep it for a while.
- Now roll small small rotiyan and swot it on both sides on tawa.
- Then remove it and spread ghee or butter.
- Makai ki roti is ready.
Makai Ki Roti is healthy dish. It is served with sarson ka saag. It is topped with butter or ghee.
