Ingredients:

  • Makai flour 2 cups
  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee or Butter as required

Method:

  1. Mix makai flour, plain flour and salt, knead with lukewarm water and keep it for a while.
  2. Now roll small small rotiyan and swot it on both sides on tawa.
  3. Then remove it and spread ghee or butter.
  4. Makai ki roti is ready.

Makai Ki Roti is healthy dish. It is served with sarson ka saag. It is topped with butter or ghee.
