Ingredients:
- Mustard leaves 1 kg
- Makai flour 1 bowl
- Butter 1 packet
- Green chilies 4
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Whole red chilies 10
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
For Bhagar:
- Finely chopped garlic cloves 4
- Butter 1/2 packet
- Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
- Cut mustard leaves finely and soak in mustard.
- Then wash it nicely and put in pot.
- Also add whole red chilies, garlic cloves and salt.
- When its water dries, remove it, cool it and grind in chopper.
- Then put in pot, add makai flour and butter and roast it nicely.
- Now make bhagar of garlic, butter and oil.
- Then take out mustard leaves in dish, put bhagar and serve with hot makai ki roti.
