Ingredients:

  • Mustard leaves 1 kg
  • Makai flour 1 bowl
  • Butter 1 packet
  • Green chilies 4
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Whole red chilies 10
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Bhagar:

  • Finely chopped garlic cloves 4
  • Butter 1/2 packet
  • Oil 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut mustard leaves finely and soak in mustard.
  2. Then wash it nicely and put in pot.
  3. Also add whole red chilies, garlic cloves and salt.
  4. When its water dries, remove it, cool it and grind in chopper.
  5. Then put in pot, add makai flour and butter and roast it nicely.
  6. Now make bhagar of garlic, butter and oil.
  7. Then take out mustard leaves in dish, put bhagar and serve with hot makai ki roti.
