Ingredients:

  • Flour 1-3/4 cups
  • Malt powder 1 cup
  • Coco powder 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Butter 4 oz
  • Sugar 2/3 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Chocolate malt balls 1 cup

For Filling:

  • Chopped dark chocolate 200 gm
  • Cream cheese 6 tbsp
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Cream 1/4 cup
  • Malt powder 3/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
  2. Now sieve flour, coco powder, malt powder, baking powder and salt and keep it aside.
  3. Then beat butter and sugar until creamy.
  4. Now add eggs one by one and beat it nicely.
  5. Then put vanilla essence and put little flour and little milk.
  6. Now repeat these steps.
  7. Then fold chocolate malt balls and knead like dough.
  8. Now make round balls and keep on greased tray.
  9. Then bake on 180 degrees C for 12-15 minutes.
  10. Now cool it on cooling rack.
  11. For filling: Put dark chocolate and butter in bowl and melt it.
  12. Now put cream cheese and malt powder and beat more until smooth.
  13. Then put cream, chocolate mixture and vanilla essence, cover it and cool in fridge for 30 minutes.
  14. Now take it out and beat on high speed until fluffy.
  15. For cookie assemble: Keep 1 tbsp filling on cookie and cover with second cookie.

Malt Cookies Sandwich is amazing cookies. Chocolate mixture is sandwiched between 2 cookies. Make at home and surprise your family members. Ir can be prepared with any flavor of your choice.
