Ingredients:

  • Mince 300 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 2
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Egg 1/2
  • Oil as required

For Biryani:

  • Sela rice fried 1/2 kg
  • Potato 2
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mix all spice 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Biryani essence few
  • Yellow color few
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put mince, onion, green chilies, black pepper, salt, garlic paste and cumin in chopper and grind it.
  2. Then make kabab of it, mix in egg and fry in oil.
  3. Now heat butter and oil and put mix all spice and ginger garlic paste.
  4. When aroma comes, put kabab and stock.
  5. Then add potato, rice and salt.
  6. Now put yellow color and biryani essence and simmer it for 10 minutes.
  7. Then add mint leaves, simmer it for 10 minutes and serve hot.

Plain Kabab Biryani is little bit different rice dish. It is prepared with mince. You can try with beef or chicken or mutton mince.
