Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Lemons 2
  • Finely chopped onion 2
  • Finely chopped green chilies 10
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot and fry onion until golden brown.
  2. Now put mutton, salt, ginger garlic paste and turmeric and cook it.
  3. When water of meat dries, add 1/2 cup hot water and cook it.
  4. When meat tender, put yogurt and roast it little.
  5. Oil separates, add black pepper, green chilies, little ginger and lemon juice and simmer it for 10 minutes on low flame.
  6. Serve with hot hot naan.

Ginger Mutton Karahi is tasty & spicy dish. Then flavors are delicious. It can be prepared with beef or chicken. Served with naan & raita.
