Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Lemons 2
- Finely chopped onion 2
- Finely chopped green chilies 10
- Oil 1 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pot and fry onion until golden brown.
- Now put mutton, salt, ginger garlic paste and turmeric and cook it.
- When water of meat dries, add 1/2 cup hot water and cook it.
- When meat tender, put yogurt and roast it little.
- Oil separates, add black pepper, green chilies, little ginger and lemon juice and simmer it for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Serve with hot hot naan.
Ginger Mutton Karahi is tasty & spicy dish. Then flavors are delicious. It can be prepared with beef or chicken. Served with naan & raita.
