Ingredients:
- Bong meat 1 kg
- Chopped big onion 1
- Ghee 1 cup
- Wheat flour 1/2 cup
- Water 1/4 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Black cumin 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 3 tsp
- Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Yogurt 250 gm
Method:
- Heat ghee in handi and fry onion.
- Now put bong, ginger garlic paste, 1/2 cup water, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and yogurt and roast it nicely.
- Now add 4 cup water, cover it and cook until meat tender.
- Then spread knead flour on sides of pot and cook for 1 hour.
- Then dissolve wheat flour in 1 cup water, make paste and put in meat.
- Then put black cumin, cover it and cook until ghee comes up.
- Kunna gosht is ready.
