Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • Flour 2-3/4 cups
  • Sugar 1/4 cup
  • Yeast 2-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2

For Filling:

  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. For dough: Mix flour, sugar, yeast and salt in bowl.
  2. Put butter and milk in saucepan, mix it, cool it and keep it aside.
  3. Then mix milk mixture in water, vanilla essence and eggs and add in flour mixture.
  4. Now knead for 5 minutes and make dough.
  5. Put dough in greased bowl, cover it and leave for 1 hour.
  6. Melt butter in other saucepan and keep it aside.
  7. Now mix sugar and cinnamon and keep it aside.
  8. Then take out dough, roll on floured surface, give rectangular shape and brush with melted butter.
  9. Then cover dough with sugar and cinnamon on all sides.
  10. Now grease pan slightly, cut dough thin thin in lengthwise and keep slices on top of each other.
  11. Then cut into 6 more equal parts and keep each piece on top of each other.
  12. Now cover it for 30 minutes.
  13. Then bake it on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes, take it out, turn loaf pan and cool it.

Sugar & Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread is amazing dish. It is soft bread, covered with sugar & cinnamon.
