Ingredients:

  • Boiled sela rice 300 gm
  • Finely crushed garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Eggs 3-4
  • Finely chopped capsicum 1
  • Finely chopped carrot 1
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken cubes 2
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1 pinch
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, mix eggs and salt, half fry it and keep it aside.
  2. Now put oil in pan, add garlic and fry it.
  3. Then put capsicum, carrot, chicken cubes, soya sauce, black pepper and salt and mix it nicely.
  4. Now add rice.
  5. Then put some water and cover it.
  6. Simmer it on low flame.
  7. When simmer is completed, add eggs, mix it, take out in dish and serve.

Shashlik Rice is delicious dish. Rice is served with chicken & vegetables in skewers.
