Shashlik Rice by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Boiled sela rice 300 gm
- Finely crushed garlic 4-5 cloves
- Eggs 3-4
- Finely chopped capsicum 1
- Finely chopped carrot 1
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Chicken cubes 2
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Chinese salt 1 pinch
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, mix eggs and salt, half fry it and keep it aside.
- Now put oil in pan, add garlic and fry it.
- Then put capsicum, carrot, chicken cubes, soya sauce, black pepper and salt and mix it nicely.
- Now add rice.
- Then put some water and cover it.
- Simmer it on low flame.
- When simmer is completed, add eggs, mix it, take out in dish and serve.
Shashlik Rice is delicious dish. Rice is served with chicken & vegetables in skewers.
