Tikka Masala Chicken Balls

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Ginger 1
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup

For Masala:

  • Onion powder 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Red chili 6
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste 2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Put mince, onion, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper and bread crumbs in chopped and grind finely.
  2. Now take it out, add egg and tomato ketchup, mix it and make small balls.
  3. For masala: Heat oil and put onion paste.
  4. Water dries, put ginger garlic paste, mustard, red chili, cinnamon powder, coriander powder, tomato paste, salt and sugar.
  5. Now put balls and cook it nicely.
  6. Then add coconut milk and keep on low flame.
  7. Water is thick, serve with rice.

Tikka Masala Chicken Balls is delicious dish. The addition of coconut milk is amazing.
