Low Fat Coleslaw

Ingredients:
- Extra light mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Low fat milk 1/4 cup
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Apple vinegar 1 tbsp
- Fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp
- White sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cabbage finely shredded 1
- Onion minced 1
- Carrot mince 1
Method:
- Whisk mayonnaise, milk, white vinegar, apple vinegar, lemon juice, salt and sugar together in bowl and allow dressing to stand white preparing vegetables.
- Pour dressing over cabbage, onion and carrot in large salad bowl and toss to combine.
- For best flavor, refrigerate coleslaw for at least 2 hours to overnight.
