Sausage Pasta Soup

Ingredients:

• Olive 1 tbsp
• Sausages 3
• Chicken stocks 2 cups
• Penne pasta boiled 1 cup
• Carrot thinly sliced 1
• Onion thinly sliced 1
• Green beans chopped 1/2 cup
• Parsley chopped 1 tbsp
  

Method:

1. Heat oil and saute sausages.
2. Pour in hot chicken stock and simmer.
3. Stir in carrot and onion, cook for 5 minutes, then add beans and cook further for 4 minutes.
4. Add pasta.
5. Finally, stir in parsley, season and serve in bowls.
