Deep Fried Tamarind Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (14 pieces) 1
  • Long finely chopped green chilies 6
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Tamarind juice 1/2 cup
  • Whole cumin 1 tsp
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix cumin and black pepper and grind it.
  2. Now wash chicken nicely and put in pot.
  3. Also put salt and ginger garlic paste and mix it nicely.
  4. Then boil it and remove it after water dries.
  5. Then heat oil in wok, deep fry boiled chicken and take it out when golden brown.
  6. Now take out oil and keep some oil.
  7. Then put fried chicken, red chili, cumin and black pepper and roast it slightly.
  8. Put coriander leaves in needed and serve hot.

Deep Fried Tamarind Chicken is wonderful dish. Then flavors of tamarind paste is amazing. It can be served with roti or naan.
