Ingredients:
- Meat (whole piece) 1 kg
- Tomato 2
- Fried onion 1 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Green chilies 6
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Raw onion 250 gm
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Marinate meat with yogurt, cumin, black pepper, red chili powder, papaya paste, coriander powder, turmeric and salt for 2 hours.
- Now heat oil and put raw papaya.
- Also put masala gosht, cover it and cook on low flame.
- When meat tender, roast it little.
- Then put fried onion, tomato, green chilies and mint leaves and simmer it for 15 minutes.
- Then close stove.
- It is ready.
Papeeta Gosht is tasty dish. It is little bit different recipe of meat. You must try this dish.
