Ingredients:

  • Meat (whole piece) 1 kg
  • Tomato 2
  • Fried onion 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Green chilies 6
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Raw onion 250 gm
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate meat with yogurt, cumin, black pepper, red chili powder, papaya paste, coriander powder, turmeric and salt for 2 hours.
  2. Now heat oil and put raw papaya.
  3. Also put masala gosht, cover it and cook on low flame.
  4. When meat tender, roast it little.
  5. Then put fried onion, tomato, green chilies and mint leaves and simmer it for 15 minutes.
  6. Then close stove.
  7. It is ready.

Papeeta Gosht is tasty dish. It is little bit different recipe of meat. You must try this dish.
