Thai Chili Ginger Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 400 gm
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Thai fish sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Onion 1
  • Red chili 4-5
  • Capsicum 1
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion 2-3

Method:

  1. Heat pot on high flame, add oil and make layer of chicken.
  2. Then add garlic, stir it for 1 minute and do chicken brown.
  3. Now add spring onion, capsicum, onion, red chili, ginger, fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar, stir it for 2-3 minutes and do vegetables crispy.
  4. Then put salt and black pepper and serve with hot noodles.

Thai Chili Ginger Chicken is stir fry dish. It is amazing dish. It is served with noodles.
