Ingredients:
- White fish 500 gm
- Spring onion 2-3
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Bread slice 1-2
- Thai red curry paste 2 tbsp
- Chopped green chili 1
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon peel 2 tsp
- Oil for fry
Method:
- Cut fish into chunks, put in food processor, add remaining ingredients except oil, grind it and make kabab of this mixture.
- Then heat oil in pan, fry kabab on both sides for 6-8 and serve hot.
