Beijing Soup

Ingredients:
- Beef mince 125 gm
- Chicken or Beef stock 1-1/2 cup
- Eggs 3-4
- Chopped onion 3
- Chopped mushroom 1 cup
- Chopped carrot 1
- Chopped ginger 1 tsp
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Soya sauce 4 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Spring onion 3-4
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry garlic.
- Then add beef mince and roast it.
- Now add onion, mushroom, carrot, soya sauce, black pepper and spring onion and mix it.
- Then add stock and cook until it boils.
- Now add eggs and mix it.
- Then put corn flour and cook until thick.
- Then take out in dish, garnish with spring onion and serve.
