Berberian Omelet

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 250 gm
- Eggs 4-5
- Chopped tomatoes 1-2
- Spring onion 1-2
- Green chilies 4-5
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Grated cheese 1/2 cup
- Paprika 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry tomatoes and chicken boneless slices.
- When color of chicken changes, add green onion, green chilies, black pepper and salt and mix it nicely.
- Then beat eggs nicely, put in pan and mix it.
- When omelet cooks from one side, turn it and cook on second side until golden.
- When omelet cooks on both sides and put on baking dish.
- Then put cheese and bake for 3-5 minutes.
- Then take out omelet from oven and take out in dish.
- Then garnish with paprika and serve.
Berberian Omelet in new variety of omelet. It is prepared with chicken & cheese and baked in oven. It is served as breakfast.
