Berberian Omelet

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 250 gm
  • Eggs 4-5
  • Chopped tomatoes 1-2
  • Spring onion 1-2
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Grated cheese 1/2 cup
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry tomatoes and chicken boneless slices.
  2. When color of chicken changes, add green onion, green chilies, black pepper and salt and mix it nicely.
  3. Then beat eggs nicely, put in pan and mix it.
  4. When omelet cooks from one side, turn it and cook on second side until golden.
  5. When omelet cooks on both sides and put on baking dish.
  6. Then put cheese and bake for 3-5 minutes.
  7. Then take out omelet from oven and take out in dish.
  8. Then garnish with paprika and serve.

Berberian Omelet in new variety of omelet. It is prepared with chicken & cheese and baked in oven. It is served as breakfast.
